Isabelle Laurent holds dual bachelor’s degrees in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and Business Management from HEC Paris, and completed specialized advanced studies in European International Commercial Law. Fluent in four international business languages, she brings seven years of comprehensive experience in global alliance operation and cross-border business negotiation for multinational groups. Currently serving as Global Strategic Cooperation & Ecosystem Development Lead at Shinkin Gather InfoTech Inc., she oversees negotiations for all cross-border cooperation projects, construction of the global industrial ecosystem and integration of overseas resources.
During her tenure at multinational groups, she was stationed at overseas offices across multiple regions, independently resolving discrepancies in commercial regulations, cooperation demands and benefit allocation between different jurisdictions. She built standardized workflows for cross-border negotiation and delivered hundreds of cross-border industrial cooperation projects, developing a complete industrial resource network covering Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. She maintains in-depth familiarity with innovation industry support policies and foreign investment access requirements across all regions.
She joined Shinkin Gather InfoTech Inc. as a founding member in 2017 and led all commercial negotiations for the firm’s landmark cross-border cooperation projects, spanning three core business segments: metaverse digital ecosystem, global precision medicine and cross-border green energy funds. For each large-scale cooperation initiative, she designed long-term win-win layered collaboration mechanisms that balance the interests of the firm, partners and global investors. She set up four global industrial innovation outposts across major cities as frontline hubs for overseas resource outreach, continuously sourcing high-quality tech startups and industry partners in each region.
For ecosystem operations, she rolled out a global partner recruitment program to recruit senior industry specialists worldwide into the firm’s external strategic advisory team. She established a quarterly exchange mechanism for global partners to facilitate information flow between upstream and downstream industrial participants. Aligned with the firm’s dual US-South Korea hub layout, she divided regional outreach responsibilities: the US headquarters prioritizes development of European and American industrial resources, while the South Korean regional entity liaises with local East Asian tech startups. She regularly synchronizes cooperation resources between the two regions to enable two-way interoperability of the global industrial ecosystem and steadily expand the firm’s worldwide industrial collaboration footprint.
